As an online premium liquor & wine store, ReserveBar needed to build longer-lasting relationships with their customers and differentiate from their competitors. In order to achieve this, ReserveBar’s team decided to create a loyalty program.
Solution
In order to build brand loyalty, ReserveBar began to offer two points for every dollar spent. However, to increase repeat purchase further, ReserveBar also implemented a tiered loyalty program structure. For example, if customers spend $1,000, they can become a VIP Platinum Member, and gain exclusive benefits.
Results
As a result, ReserveBar’s loyalty program members now spend 50% more than non-redeeming members.
