In order to build longer-lasting relationships with their customers, MoxieLash created an on-brand loyalty program called the Moxie Insider Club. To increase repeat purchase, Moxie Lash implemented a tiered loyalty program structure that is made of three levels: Insider, VIP, and Ice.

MoxieLash wanted to reward all of their members for their loyalty, this is why, they provided early access to new product releases and sales to all of them regardless of their tiers. However, to encourage members to move up to the next tier and spend more, they offered exclusive benefits for each tier.
