Soludos increased their repeat purchase rates by 39% thanks to their loyalty program
While clothing’s absolute numbers are steadily climbing, worldwide revenue growth—as represented by compound annual growth rate—is slowing: down from 15.3% in 2018 to 7.6% by 2022. With this in mind, Soludos wanted to secure their loyal customer base to keep increasing their revenue.
To achieve this, they decided to create an on-brand loyalty program. With their loyalty program, Soludos kept encouraging customers to return to the site by offering them 10 points per dollar spent. To increase the brand engagement further, they also began to offer monetary rewards to their loyal customers.
As a result, Soludos increased their customer spend by 32.8% and repeat purchase rates by 39%.
