Remind them what loyalty points they earned and lead with “Redeem your points at checkout” instead of “Buy now.”
Tell them how easy it is to redeem: “Simply redeem your reward with one click at checkout.”
Acknowledge their last purchase and suggest similar options: “Love your new [product]? Here’s what’s trending now in X category.”
