New in-store loyalty members
When a customer joins your loyalty program in-store while making a purchase, create a Shopify account for them in Shopify POS using their email. This enrols them in your LoyaltyLion loyalty program.
To redeem points online that were earned in-store, your customer must also sign up for your loyalty program on your online store using the same email.
Existing online loyalty members
If your in-store customer is already a loyalty member online, simply enter their email address in Shopify POS to ensure points are collected for in-store purchases.
