In-store, customers redeem loyalty rewards using Shopify POS. To do this, locate the customer’s account within Shopify POS using their email address. From there, you’ll see if they have any available rewards for redemption.

No, there’s no limit. You can connect one online store with unlimited physical locations under a single loyalty program, making it easy to manage loyalty across all your retail sites.

Do customers’ loyalty points sync online and in-store?

Yes, customers’ loyalty accounts are updated in real-time, whether they earn or redeem points online or in-store.

How do customers access their loyalty program online when they sign up in-store?

New in-store loyalty members
When a customer joins your loyalty program in-store while making a purchase, create a Shopify account for them in Shopify POS using their email. This enrols them in your LoyaltyLion loyalty program.

To redeem points online that were earned in-store, your customer must also sign up for your loyalty program on your online store using the same email.

Existing online loyalty members
If your in-store customer is already a loyalty member online, simply enter their email address in Shopify POS to ensure points are collected for in-store purchases.
