As a swimwear brand, Cupshe addresses people who want to live life on the beach. However, having a strong brand community, Cupshe wanted to reward their existing customers whilst increasing their revenue.
Solution
To enhance their brand community and customer spend, Cupshe created a tiered loyalty program structure that complemented their brand identity. Cupshe’s loyalty program, the Sunchasers Club, allows members to progress across four tiers: Shore, Sand, Sea, and the Sun. To encourage customers to spend and repeat purchase further, Cupshe offers bigger and better rewards and benefits that are a step up from the tier before.
By using Klaviyo, Zendesk, and LoyaltyLion together, Cupshe’s team also began to implement a data-driven and customer-centric approach for their loyal customers.
Results
Thanks to their on-brand loyalty program and integrations, their loyalty program members now spend 40% more than guest shoppers and have a 50% higher repeat purchase rate.
