Our journey with Plus started back in 2015, when Shopify selected LoyaltyLion as their first loyalty provider. Since then we’ve seen many firsts together – from being the first Plus tech partner to integrate loyalty solutions with POS, to being the first to build Connectors for Shopify Flow.

One of our longer-standing clients, 100% Pure is a leader in the cosmetics industry. When 100% Pure approached LoyaltyLion, they were looking for an omnichannel loyalty program that could seamlessly integrate with their mobile, desktop, and physical stores.
100% Pure was already using Shopify Plus for their ecommerce store and Shopify POS for their brick-and-mortar stores. Making use of Multi-link functionality, the team easily connected all their stores and enabled their shoppers to access their loyalty program across multiple channels.
Today, 49% of 100% Pure’s revenue comes from their loyalty program members, and their members spend 57% higher than guest shoppers.

When Dr. Axe first met LoyaltyLion, they already had high volumes of site traffic. However, their ecommerce team knew that their existing loyalty program had to work harder to turn more of that traffic from one-time shoppers to loyal and returning customers.
They needed a solution that would build customer lifetime value, both by increasing program engagement and powering other aspects of their business such as their subscription model.
Using In-Cart Rewards to enhance their Plus cart experience, Dr. Axe enabled shoppers to redeem their rewards and have them automatically added to their cart while shopping. As a result of this feature, they saw a 300% higher reward redemption.
Using LoyaltyLion’s integration with another Plus partner, ReCharge, Dr. Axe also created an exclusive subscriber tier, which allowed subscribers to unlock exclusive rewards and benefits that other customers cannot access.
Now, their loyalty program members spend 47% higher with 60% higher AOV compared to their guest shoppers.
Lively have used Shopify Plus to create an inspirational brand community. To drive increased engagement with that community, Lively used LoyaltyLion to design an on-brand, tiered loyalty program structure.
The team at Lively knew that in order to increase customer lifetime value, they needed to deliver more targeted communications. Firstly, they focussed on increasing repeat purchase rates of active members with a campaign that offered program members double points for a limited time period,
Secondly, they integrated their loyalty program with another Plus partner, Klaviyo, to deliver a personalized email experience to their loyal customers. As a result, they increased their repeat purchase rate by 37%.

As a pioneer in the natural beauty market, Pacifica Beauty is one of the fastest-growing Shopify Plus merchants out there. To further increase their customer spend and engagement, the team created a loyalty program that truly reflects their brand values.
Recent research shows that allowing customers to earn and redeem rewards at checkout can increase basket size by as much as 36%. In light of this, Pacifica Beauty identified an opportunity to use In-Cart Rewards and Instant Points within their Shopify Plus cart to drive up average order value.
Instead of customers having to spend time and energy to apply voucher codes at checkout, Pacifica Beauty made it as easy as possible for their customers to view and claim rewards automatically while they are shopping. As a result, members now spend up to 22% more compared to guest shoppers.
