Customers qualify for the next tier based on the rules you set:
Spend-based tiers:
Total spend with you determines a member’s status. For every dollar they spend, they move closer to unlocking our next level of exclusive VIP perks.
Points-based tiers:
Member status is based on their ‘Points Total’. They can climb tiers by making purchases and completing activities, like following you on social media or writing reviews.
The availability of rewards can be changed for each tier and the number of points granted for each activity can be altered for each tier.
The amount to qualify for the next tier cannot be changed, nor can you switch from spend-based tiers to points-based tiers once live.
Customizing the look of your tiers can be done using the CSS editor.
We push tier information to our email integration partners so you can personalize your emails with the current tier status.
With our feature Klaviyo Events, you can set up Advanced Loyalty Flows in Klaviyo that allow you to send emails when customers are close to advancing to the next tier.
Klaviyo Events is available on the Plus plan and as an add-on for the Advanced plan.
