We're looking for another passionate Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team responsible for engaging and retaining our customers.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager you’ll provide strategic loyalty advice to our largest clients. You’ll advise them on their launch strategy and how to optimise their programs over time. You’ll also manage renewals with the goal of maintaining our current 97%. 

You’ll be joining a team of three who are all passionate about customer success. We currently have exceptionally high customer retention because of the care and time we invest into our client relationships. We’re never satisfied though and we want you to come with your own ideas on how to offer the best customer experience.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

Here are some of the activities you’ll be doing:

  • Advising merchants on their loyalty launch strategy (don’t worry we will train you!)
  • Speaking with larger merchants on a quarterly basis to provide loyalty recommendations
  • Devising ways to engage with smaller merchants via a one-to-many approach
  • Agreeing contract renewals
  • Suggesting innovative ways to delight clients
  • Joining industry-wide discussions about the future of loyalty
  • Advocating for LoyaltyLion at external industry events
  • Answering ad-hoc questions

  • Impeccable communication, both written and verbal
  • Rapport-building, easily and especially in difficult situations
  • Detail-oriented and precise; numerically accurate

Suitable applicants may have previous experience in the following roles:

  • Account Manager for a SaaS business
  • Customer Support for a highly transactional e-commerce website
  • Customer Success for an online marketplace
  • Client support for a B2B2C business

Salary: £30 - 40,000 + OTE
