Role information

LoyaltyLion has built a strong reputation in the ecommerce ecosystem. Our website strongly contributes toward our rapid growth, and is crucial to the success of our marketing efforts.

As a Website Optimisation Executive at LoyaltyLion, you will use your skills to support the day-to-day optimisation of our current website, while also taking responsibility for forward planning of website development.

On a day-to-day basis, you will support the head of the Demand Generation team to improve the website through conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments, improve organic traffic by implementing SEO best practices, and drive better ROI from paid channels via improvements to landing page strategy. You will also have a hands-on role supporting the wider team in building new pages in WordPress, maintaining quality control of the site, and creating new HubSpot landing pages.

We’re looking for an executive with excellent attention to detail, who is keen to make their mark as part of a large-scale website development project, as well as taking long-term ownership of one of our top performing channels. You are an organised, creative thinker with proven skills in time and project management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

• Maintaining quality control of site content in line with new product announcements and integrations
• Collaborating with Digital Marketing Manager and SEO agency to implement technical SEO improvements on website
• Supporting paid marketing efforts through creation and optimization of landing pages
• Evaluating website analytics and recommending changes to improve the overall site conversion rate
• Conceptualizing and running website A/B tests designed to improve CRO and overall UX
• Providing support to Partner Marketing Executive with regular build of partner portal pages
• Project managing any website developments to ensure they remain on track and all parties including Marketing, Designers, UX and Copywriters are are clearly briefed
• Supporting the wider marketing team with additional responsibilities such as landing page creation, content updates, etc.
• Leading CMS training sessions to the wider team to ensure site consistency
• Collaborating with content marketing team to update website copy as needed

What we’re looking for:


• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills are required
• Previous experience managing a website is required
• Proven skills in project management with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communicator, with an innate ability to facilitate clear and concise communication across teams
• Comfortable with WordPress or a similar CMS
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices


• 1-2 years content management experience for a website
• 1-2 years experience in Google Analytics
• Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) or A/B testing experience
• Project management experience
• Experience with an on-site chat tool (e.g. Drift/Intercom)

Salary: £28,000-£32,000
