Stores using LoyaltyLion typically generate at least $15 for every $1 they spend on the platform.

Today LoyaltyLion works with over 10,000 small and medium sized retailers. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. An experience where customers feel valued, rather than just another number.

It’s been an incredible two years for LoyaltyLion. We closed $12.5m early last year and another $12m this year, and we’ve grown from 40 employees to over 100. We’ve built out our Leadership team, recruiting a CTO, CFO and Director of Product amongst other senior hires and we continue to scale quickly, achieving spots in both the Deloitte Fast 50 and the FT1000. This is just the beginning of our inflection point.

Your introduction to LoyaltyLion will be an introductory point for our customers, too. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of why LoyaltyLion is trusted by some of the best brands in ecommerce, and you will introduce our loyalty and engagement platform as a solution to ecommerce retailers.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

Our Sales Development Representatives are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team and will be our boots-on-the-ground solution to building personal relationships and making our prospective customers successful.
An SDRs responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Connecting and qualifying with new leads
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Learning the product and value proposition
• Creating qualified opportunities for the AE team
• Hitting activity targets Building relationships through LinkedIn messaging, emails and calls

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with entrepreneurial drive, we’re a small company so what you do matters more
• The ability to articulate yourself well, and the ability to listen, actively, to our customers
• A knack for building relationships and building rapport
• A lateral thinker who can think outside of the box, and differently
• Someone who is teachable with a real desire to learn this role, business and industry
• Someone who is motivated and hungry for success, with a big appetite for knowledge and numbers

Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission (£40,000 OTE)
