Referral Program Terms of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions before you participate in the LoyaltyLion Referral Program, as these will apply. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not participate in the LoyaltyLion Referral Program.

1. The promoter of the LoyaltyLion Referral Program is LoyaltyLion Limited, whose registered office is 165 Fleet Street, Level 8, London, England, EC4A 2AE (referred to as “LoyaltyLion”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. These terms and conditions apply to any participant in the LoyaltyLion Referral Program, whether as a referrer or a referee.

3. To participate as a referrer in the LoyaltyLion Referral Program, you must (a) be aged 18 or over; (b) be an employee of an existing customer of LoyaltyLion that is incorporated in the United Kingdom, with an active paying contract for at least three (3) months following the date of referral.

4. You are eligible to receive a one-time discount on your next bill, up to the value of £500 (“Reward”) for each Successful Referral you make. If your monthly payment (or monthly equivalent for annual customers) is less than £500 you will receive a discount equal to the value of your monthly payment or subscription (or monthly equivalent for annual customers, based on your current annual rate at the date of “Successful Referral”).

5. A referral will be a “Successful Referral” where:
a. A new customer signs a paying contract with LoyaltyLion. A new customer is a customer that:
is not currently a customer of LoyaltyLion,
is not in the same group of companies as an existing customer of LoyaltyLion
is not a previous customer of LoyaltyLion or
has not been in discussions or negotiations with LoyaltyLion regarding the receipt of our services (“New Customer”) for at least six (6) months prior to the date of referral; and
b. Within three (3) months of the referral date, LoyaltyLion has received a minimum of one (1) month’s payment from the referred customer.

6. LoyaltyLion will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a Successful Referral has been made.

7. Once a Successful Referral has been made, we will email you with confirmation that you will receive your Reward to the email address(es) designated by you to us in writing. The discount will then be applied to your next recurring bill.

8. We reserve the right to substitute another voucher or item of equal value to the Reward.

9. The Reward may not be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.

10. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the LoyaltyLion Referral Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use the LoyaltyLion Referral Program. If any of these Conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

11. Participants are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of any Reward, and we accept no liability to participants or their employers in relation thereto.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to be legally binding and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. We each agree that English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from or related to the LoyaltyLion Referral Program or these Terms and Conditions.
