Our pricing is based on the average number of orders your store processes each month, allowing you to scale your loyalty program as your store grows. For some existing customers there are base order limits by plan, please see ‘Order thresholds for existing customers’ FAQ below for more details.
Over time our pricing plans have been updated and we now offer more flexibility within each plan. For existing customers, unless otherwise stated in your order form, the base order limits per plan are capped as follows:
– Small Business: 800 orders
– Classic: 2,000 orders
– Advanced: 4,000 orders
– Plus: 10,000+ orders

If you exceed your contractually agreed monthly order threshold by more than 25% over an average of three consecutive months, then we give you a call to discuss whether you’re on the most suitable Plan and/or Order threshold for your store.
This gives your Brand room to grow as well as headroom during the busy seasonal periods, safe in the knowledge that you’ll keep paying the same great price.

No matter the Plan level that you select, you’ll continue to receive plenty of support once you’ve launched. All Plan levels have access to our Support team and our more advanced plans also have access to dedicated CSMs and Account Managers. The important thing to note is we will be monitoring your program and suggesting improvements, no matter what plan you’re on.
