Currently, LoyaltyLion Flows work exclusively with Klaviyo, but we’re planning to support additional email providers in the future.
To use LoyaltyLion Flows, you need to be on the LoyaltyLion Plus plan and integrated with Klaviyo.
If you’re on the Advanced plan, you can access this feature with an add-on, but you’ll also need to purchase the Klaviyo Events add-on to trigger flows.
LoyaltyLion Flows are triggered by specific loyalty-related actions, awarding points directly within LoyaltyLion.
Shopify Flow lacks the triggers for loyalty activities, making LoyaltyLion Flows a more powerful tool for retention-focused strategies.
Furthermore, Shopify Flow only works with Shopify Plus whereas LoyaltyLion Flows works with Shopify and Shopify Plus.
