Roswell created and enabled a structure for Steel City‘s rewards program that the merchant can be confident about and that will be exciting for the customer while making it fair and sustainable for the business from a redemption standpoint.
They also optimized the front-end user interface for the rewards program to ensure that customers have an enjoyable and interactive user experience with the program. This includes adding in a branded landing page, points in the menu and an account page that links to the program dashboard.
And, they created a branded email experience while integrating with Klaviyo as the ESP. Now, Steel City’s reward emails are optimized to generate redemptions, referrals, and engagement. This allows the merchant to have full control over the email experience.
Amika tasked Roswell to target key development priorities on the legacy site, coupled with a robust email segmentation/automation strategy to optimize the current site and email marketing strategy further. The results are in – Amika’s conversion and revenue correspondingly doubled in 2020 vs 2019.
