LoyaltyLion allows ecommerce stores to create their own online loyalty and engagement program. Traditional loyalty programs are boring and outdated. Our goal is to keep innovating and testing new concepts.

The key is to constantly surprise customers, and that's what we strive to do. Our completely customisable platform helps increase purchase frequency, improves customer retention and encourages referrals.

As a SaaS loyalty company, data and insight are crucial to the workings of our company. Up until now we have been using a consultant who worked on the data behind Tesco Clubcard. He’s taught us a lot and helped our clients optimise their programs, but now we need to build the team inhouse.

You’ll be the first hire into our Business Performance team. That doesn’t mean you need to have decades of experience, but it does mean you need to comfortable working in an environment where not everything is known or defined.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Analysing the performance of our larger clients to help them optimise their programs
  • Identifying business process improvement opportunities
  • Look for trends and loyalty insights by analysing our 10m+ loyalty members
  • Working closely with the CEO on strategic decisions

What we’re looking for:

You need to be curious, business-oriented and highly motivated. A strong candidate will turn data into information, information into insights and insights into business decisions.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a business, data or financial analyst
  • Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Excellent hands-on SQL skills
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, R etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities on a high paced environment
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and able to manage daily schedule
  • A team player
  • Fast learner
