Arctic Fox hair color is vibrant, long-lasting, semi-permanent hair dye that is made in the USA. When Arctic Fox met with LoyaltyLion, they already had high volumes of traffic coming to their site. However, Arctic Fox’s team knew that they need to build longer-lasting relationships with their customers to boost repeat purchase rates and encourage guest visitors to create an account.

Solution

To enhance their loyal customer base and increase revenue, Arctic Fox created a tiered loyalty program, called Fox Fam Rewards. First, to increase engagement, Arctic Fox’s team enabled members to earn more points through engaging with them on social media, emails, and referring Arctic Fox to a friend. To increase customer lifetime value still further, they implemented a tiered loyalty program structure that consists of two levels: Fox Friend and Fox Fam.

Results

Thanks to their customer centric approach, Arctic Fox has seen a 36% increase in customer spend by loyalty program members compared to guest visitors, and a 17% increase in AOV.
