100% PURE approached LoyaltyLion because they wanted an omnichannel loyalty program that worked seamlessly across mobile, desktop and physical stores. 100% PURE uses Shopify Plus for their online stores and Shopify POS for their 12 physical stores.
Using LoyaltyLion’s ‘multi-link’ to connect multiple Shopify POS accounts, 100% PURE connected one loyalty program across 12 Shopify POS locations and one Shopify Plus store. This ensures that all shopper purchases are recorded in the same place regardless of whether they are purchased online or in any of their physical stores.
100% Pure have seen a four times reduction in customer churn. Customers who join 100% Pure’s loyalty program spend 72% more than non-members. The program has also driven a 3 x increase in purchase frequency, with 92% of loyalty program members going on to purchase 5 times after their 4th purchase.
