Encouraging customers to become members

The J&J Perks program encourages website visitors to sign up by awarding 200 points for creating an account. Onsite notifications ensure that those who sign up receive instant gratification, being made instantly aware of the points they have received.

The program then invites members to remain engaged by offering an additional 100 points for signing up to the mailing list. This has driven over 4,000 new mailing list sign ups for June and January, ensuring that they can continue to engage and retain more customers in between purchases.

Giving new members reasons to return

June and January use LoyaltyLion to run regular campaigns such as 14-day double points promotions, allowing members to earn additional points when purchasing specific products. This helps June and January to focus on particular products, while incentivising new customers to return and make another purchase. A double points promotion can result in over 25,000 additional points being awarded.

Acquiring new customers through advocacy

The J&J Perks program also rewards customers who refer their friends with 1500 additional points. Since launching the program, June and January have generated $139k through referrals.
