LoyaltyLion is a data-driven loyalty and engagement platform trusted by thousands of ecommerce brands worldwide. Merchants use LoyaltyLion when they want a fully customised loyalty program that is proven to increase customer engagement, retention and spend. Stores using LoyaltyLion typically generate at least $15 for every $1 they spend on the platform.

Today LoyaltyLion works with over 4,000 fast-growth ecommerce retailers. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. One that makes customers feel valued, rather than like they are just another number.

Role information

Here at LoyaltyLion we’re shaking up the way ecommerce retailers do business. We’ve grown from a company of 8 to 37 in the last two years, and from 300 retailers using our platform to over 4000 today.


To understand why we’re growing, it’s important that you know that 90% of ecommerce stores don’t (yet) have loyalty programs. We want to change that, and that’s where you come in.


The size of the addressable market is huge. There’s a huge appetite for our platform – our growth tells us that. Some of the stores we work with are very large and others are tiny, and there’s a whole lot of in-between across a broad range of verticals – some being truly unique, weird and wonderful!


We exist to help these stores succeed.


You will be selling to a broad range of receptive ecommerce retailers – each demo will be different, each store will have different goals and opinions on loyalty – there’s no one size fits all here.


Just as LoyaltyLion is a platform for our customers to succeed, we want to be your platform for success, too. Here you will have opportunities to grow, real career development and you will have a tangible impact on our company and product. We also have a fantastic (uncapped) commission structure.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Presenting our platform as a solution and managing them through an average 3-month sales lifecycle – don’t worry, we can train the loyalty stuff
  • Consulting ecommerce, marketing or loyalty managers on customer lifetime value
  • Closing recurring contract deals valued up to £50,000 ARR
  • Advocating partner tools and the value add of an effective customer retention strategy
  • Using data mining and lead generation tools.
  • Closing warm leads from our Loyalty Analysts

What we’re looking for:

  • Considerable B2B experience in SaaS / Martech / Ecommerce
  • The ability to sell a solution with a “considered” approach
  • Someone who’s excited by growth – professional, personal, company
  • A desire to make your mark in a small but growing team
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible to a changing environment
  • Someone who can bring new ideas for us to adapt to, too!

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000+ per annum, double OTE + uncapped commission.
