Today LoyaltyLion works with over 4,000 fast-growth ecommerce retailers. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. One that makes customers feel valued, rather than like they are just another number.

Role information

As our new Loyalty Consultant you will have the opportunity to make your mark in a start-up in the beginning of a period of planned growth. To understand why we’re growing, it’s important for you to know that 90% of ecommerce stores don’t (yet) have loyalty programs. We want to change that.

We’ve made great strides so far, and have grown from 300 to 4000 customers in two years with practically no outbound sales activity!

We’ve started to build our sales team, and this year we want to continue on that growth track and that’s where you come in…

On top of the uncapped commission, you will be joining a collaborative and supportive team in a startup with a lot of growth planned this year. You will have autonomy, independence and find room for new ideas as you shape the future of the business with us. If that’s not enough we’ve just moved into a fancy new office in Hatton Garden where we offer free lunch on Mondays, drinks Friday afternoon, a great roof terrace and board games!  We’re also known to have the occasional day out (crazy gold and axe throwing) as well as company trips to Disney and Munich for Oktoberfest…

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Presenting our platform as a solution and managing them through an average 3-month sales lifecycle – don’t worry, we can train the loyalty stuff
  • Consulting ecommerce, marketing or loyalty managers on customer lifetime value
  • Closing recurring contract deals valued at £8,000 – 50,000 ARR
  • Advocating partner tools and the value add of an effective customer retention strategy
  • Using data mining and lead generation tools.
  • Closing warm leads from our Loyalty Analysts

What we’re looking for:

  • B2B sales experience (ideally in a closing role)
  • The ability to sell a solution with a “considered” approach
  • Someone who’s excited by growth – professional, personal, company
  • A desire to make your mark in a small but growing team
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible to a changing environment
  • Someone who can bring new ideas for us to adapt to, too!

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, double OTE + uncapped commission.
