We have big plans for the next three years and we are scaling our commercial teams significantly, paving the way for a leader for our Account Executive team who can get to grips with our sales strategy for the team, and enable them to push more deals over the line than ever before.
You will be building out a team, and managing some fantastic team members that we already have. Strategically, you will own the alignment of the account executive team to our company goals, and roadmap. This means that you will work really closely with our Head Of Sales and the Outbound Sales Team Lead.
By joining LoyaltyLion’s sales team, you will become a loyalty expert, educating high-growth merchants on the value of customer retention and engagement. This is not a boiler-room sales floor: we collaborate, empower and celebrate each other’s successes (with a little healthy competition along the way!)
