Role information

Reporting to the Product Director, you will be joining at a key moment as we scale so will have the opportunity to help shape our future.

You’ll join a cross functional team consisting of engineering and design professionals who you will partner with to solve our customers’ problems, being fundamental in unlocking insights from data to optimise customer journeys and improve product features.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Run A/B testing for experimentation and optimisation
  • Generate insights from testing, and product and behavioural tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance
  • Working within Product teams to identify and prioritise improvement across the business and customer journeys
  • Defining metrics and KPIs to monitor performance across product
  • Effectively communicating findings through BI dashboards with recommendations to product leadership and wider stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficient in SQL
  • Extensive experience running A/B testing or similar methodologies
  • Experience using digital tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Experienced product analyst with a background in ecommerce being ideal
