Here at LoyaltyLion we want to make relationships the foundation of commerce.

We’re shaking up the way ecommerce retailers do business. We’ve grown from a company of 8 to 100 in the last two years and from 300 retailers using our platform to over 10,000 today! We power loyalty programs for stores on all major ecommerce platforms and work with retailers to make their customers feel valued rather than like they are just another number.

LoyaltyLion is based in London, UK and we have already added employees in the United States. We are ready to welcome a new Partnerships Manager to our team to build an ecosystem leading Partnerships function fully in the US. The US is already core to our business and the right individual will help us increase the impact.

In the Partnerships team, you are the CEO of your own world; you won’t be able to solve every problem alone, but you will act as an owner of your work, and know when to ask for help. We learn far more from our mistakes than from winning; the Partnerships’ culture is built on sharing learnings, taking opportunities to self-educate, and having a bias towards action. Get on, get stuff done, and have your team behind you all the way.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

What does that mean?

It means building relationships with a whole bunch of great ecommerce technology and agency partners and leveraging those relationships to secure integrations and win referrals for our sales team. Here is some of what your day to day might look like:

  • Identifying and connecting with relevant partners
  • Building and maintaining relationships with these partners
  • Supporting partners at a 1-to-1 and 1-to-many level to improve their understanding of loyalty in the ecommerce space, as well as LoyaltyLion’s specific strengths
  • You’ll also have the opportunity to shape the direction of LoyaltyLion as a product by interacting with technology partners to identify potential opportunities to build/deepen integrations
  • Unique opportunity to be among the foundational US employees

  • You have a good level of experience in business development or sales
  • You recognise that by helping our Partners to be successful you will be successful
  • You’re comfortable with juggling multiple relationships – a mixture of high and low touch
  • You know that the day-to-day will take up most of your time – BUT you’re still interested in helping to build out systems, processes and team to support future/faster growth
  • You can differentiate between actions that move us forward, and actions that are nice to do, but ultimately keep us stationary. Both are important
  • You’re someone who throws themselves into learning opportunities and likes to pass and receive knowledge
  • You’re highly self-driven and excited to be a foundational US employee

Compensation range $65,000 – $70,000, based on experience
