“How can we take our renewal and expansion rate to the next level?” – that’s a question you will be answering in this brand new role in the Customer Success team at LoyaltyLion.

So what will you be doing?
This is a brand new role, in addition to picking up and owning our existing renewals process, you will be responsible for building out the systems/processes to take us to the next level when it comes to renewals (our renewals rate is already great) as well as maximising on the enormous expansion opportunities available.
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + dependent on experience
