Renewals Manager

Role information

“How can we take our renewal and expansion rate to the next level?” – that’s a question you will be answering in this brand new role in the Customer Success team at LoyaltyLion.

Simply put, you’re going to make us better at what we do. If you’ve ever wanted to build something and completely own the processes and systems that you will implement then this is your chance (don’t worry we will support you). Your success will be tangible, essential, and most of all celebrated!

You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team in a startup with a lot of growth planned this year. You will have autonomy, independence and find room for new ideas as you shape the future of the business with us.

So what will you be doing?

This is a brand new role, in addition to picking up and owning our existing renewals process, you will be responsible for building out the systems/processes to take us to the next level when it comes to renewals (our renewals rate is already great) as well as maximising on the enormous expansion opportunities available.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Owning the renewals and expansion processes
  • Building out systems and processes for our renewals and expansions in Customer Success
  • Driving systematic improvements to our renewals rate across all customer cohorts
  • Developing and implementing appropriate revenue expansion methodologies for various customer segments
  • Building out automated processes – it’s a bonus if you’re comfortable with CRM/Marketing automation. It’s not a huge problem if you aren’t

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable success in a driving sales / revenue / growth, either in sales or account management
  • Someone who can use data to make informed decisions
  • We need a builder. The success of this role is going to depend on the systems and processes that you build
  • A foundational / basic understanding of CRM / Marketing automation
  • Great email / micro copy skills
  • Desire to make your mark in a fast growth startup

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + dependent on experience
