Today LoyaltyLion works with over 4,000 fast-growth ecommerce retailers. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. One that makes customers feel valued, rather than like they are just another number.

Role information

Join us as our next graduate in Customer Success and you will be joining a team that loves to surprise and delight our customers constantly!

This love of delighting our customers and the time that we invest in them are the reasons that we have achieved a 97% renewal rate in 2018. Our customers love our platform and the service that we provide, and with you we can make that service even better!

We’ve grown from 300 – 4000+ customers in the last two years, and LoyaltyLion has grown from 8 people to 28 in that time. We’re showing no signs of slowing down, and this year we’re going to grow even more. This is a perfect opportunity to join a growing company and for you to grow with us.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Engaging with our clients over email to answer their queries
  • Writing clear and informative help documentation
  • Providing product feature recommendations based on client feedback
  • Assisting clients during their setup phase
  • Supporting senior team members with webinars

Salary: £22,000 – 25,000 per annum
