Merchants use LoyaltyLion when they want a fully customised loyalty program that is proven to increase customer engagement, retention and spend. Today LoyaltyLion works with over 4,000 fast-growth ecommerce retailers. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. One that makes customers feel valued, rather than like they are just another number.

Role information

Here at LoyaltyLion we’re shaking up the way ecommerce retailers do business. We’ve grown from a company of 8 to 37 in the last two years, and  from 300 retailers using our platform to over 4000 today!

LoyaltyLion allows ecommerce retailers to create their own online loyalty and engagement program. The key to our success is to constantly surprise customers, and that’s what we strive to do. Our completely customisable platform helps increase purchase frequency, improves customer retention and encourages referrals.

Just as LoyaltyLion is a platform for our customers to succeed, we want to be your platform for success, too. This will be your entry into Customer Success and from here you will have opportunities to grow with real career development and will work alongside an incredibly supportive team.


You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of merchants (some truly weird and wonderful!) and will have the opportunity to shape our customer journey and support projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience!

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Engaging with our merchants (primarily written communication) to answer their queries
  • Writing clear and informative help documentation
  • Providing product feature recommendations based on client feedback
  • Supporting senior team members with webinars, and wider customer success projects

What we’re looking for:

Someone who genuinely cares about customer happiness and goes above and beyond to help them succeed. As well as:

  • Impeccable written English
  • Desire to make your mark in a fast growth startup
  • An interest in technology
  • You have an interest in Customer Success and get a kick out of them succeeding through the use of our platform
  • An interest in technology or some knowledge about ecommerce would be advantageous

Salary: £25,000 per annum
