Customer Success Executive (Graduate/Entry-Level)

Role information

Here at LoyaltyLion we’re shaking up the way ecommerce retailers do business. We’ve grown from a company of 8 to more than 60 in the last two years and 300 retailers using our platform to over 10,000 today! We have also recently been recognised as one of the fastest growing startups in the country after included in the Deloitte Fast 50!

Right now we’re working from home, and when we’re not we have a beautiful office space close to Farringdon station. One of the benefits of being a tech company that was used to home working prior to the lockdown, is that we are in a really good position to support newcomers remotely.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of merchants (some truly weird and wonderful!) and will have the opportunity to shape our customer journey and support projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience. Some of your day might be spent:

  • Engaging with our merchants (primarily written communication) to answer their queries. In many cases you’ll be the merchants first/main point of communication at LoyaltyLion
  • Writing clear and informative help documentation
  • Providing product feature recommendations based on client feedback
  • Liaising closely with our development team to resolve bugs/merchant issues
  • Supporting senior team members with webinars, Onboarding merchants onto our platform and wider customer success projects (recording ‘product tours’, helping to promote new product features, generating more customer reviews of our platform etc.)

What we’re looking for:

Someone who genuinely cares about customer happiness and goes above and beyond to help them succeed. As well as:

  • Great level of written English
  • Desire to make your mark in a fast growth startup
  • An interest in technology and ecommerce is a huge bonus!
  • An interest in technology or some knowledge/interest in ecommerce would be advantageous
  • Self-driven learner, you’re someone who seeks out learning opportunities proactively

Starting salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits
